CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you need to cancel your booking, we’re happy to help you out. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the date have the option of a refund or rescheduling their booking for a different date. However, if you need to cancel within 14 days of your booking date, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund. We hope you understand that this policy is in place to allow us to manage our resources and staff effectively, and to ensure that we can offer our services to all our clients as efficiently as possible. At the time of booking your hire equipment, it’s important to note that we require payment to be made upfront. This helps ensure that we have the equipment you need reserved and ready for you as soon as possible. When you come to pick up your equipment, don’t forget to bring a photo ID as proof of your identity. This is a necessary step to ensure that only you have access to your rental gear. Additionally, we require a credit card to be used as security against the full value of the hire equipment. This is a common practice among rental companies and will be refunded upon the safe and timely return of the equipment. Keep in mind that all equipment is subject to availability, so don’t wait too long to book! We’re always happy to help, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
